Just enough apple, cinnamon and pastry flavour to make the base to a great apple pie. I use a little caramel and Fuji Apple to bring out a more authentic apple pie flavour, but this is a great place to start.

I've run this a few different ways, next time I'm going to try adding a little Fuji Apple and a tiny bit of cinnamon to really bring out the apple pie flavours.
