This is the dark sticky middle part of a ginger snap. Molasses, ginger, and cookie. Use as a layer in more complicated bakery recipes, or as a background in a seasonal spice recipe.

Good as an additive for a gingerbread cookie. This tastes like the mollasses center of a ginger snap. Not much ginger, more of a molasses taste.
