A great add on to other flavours |

We’ve been ordering sour by TFA since 2013. We find it’s a great addition to recipes, not just on its own. We add it when a customer wants a sour twist to their juice, but not lemonade, lemon, lime, sweet & tart, or any of the other fruit-tart flavours. It goes well to tone down the sweetener in some flavours & usually we use it sparingly & it’s a nice subtle undertone. For example a sweet & ripe & creamy strawberry, with some milk & sweet cream, adding a touch of sour & smooth balance out the sweetener in the concentrated flavor. Sour by TFA is a staple concentrate for our Ejuice, 5000+ flavours.
