This one is not bad. A lot of folks in the diy community say this is a good pumpkin spice that is missing the ginger but thats not the case for me. I get almost too much ginger and small amounts of clove, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. I use this at 0.5% or a touch higher if you need a bolder kick to your recipe
