First off, this is not a be all end all carrot cake by any means. It is however, an excellent cooked carrot flavor with a touch of dark cakey sweetness and perhaps a hint of raisin. Add some cream cheese icing(Loranns) and a touch of yellow cake(FW) to get a decent base to work off. A nice flavoring that seems to do what no other carrot/carrot cake flavoring has accomplished so far.
