At 5% it's ok, best used as part of a recipe with 0.5% FA CREAM WHIPPED and 1.5% TFA CHEESECAKE GRAHAM CRUST
At 10% it tastes more like a latte.
At 15% it starts to get muted.

I'd recommend getting INW YES WE CHEESECAKE or GLF CHEESECAKE as well. I didn't get a chemical taste that others are reporting but I still would use something else over this.
