This slow-melting chocolate made with the finest cocoa beans leaves a lasting impression.

WATER SOLUBLE, PG BASED, CONCENTRATED FLAVOURING WHICH MIXES WELL WITH OTHER FLAVOUR CONCENTRATES AND WORKS WELL AS A STAND ALONE. DILUTE BEFORE USE.

SUGGESTED DILUTION RATIO: 6-9%.

Definetly a nice chocolate. Similar to what your used to with TFA/TPA Double and other similar chocolates. A little more concentrated so needs lower % than it's competition. I was hoping for more of a Cadbury Milk Choc. Vibe, and I have heard it has a higher cocoa chocolate type feel. But it basically tastes like tootsie roll. Would be great for minor and more bitter chocolate notes in recipes, or to potentially bolster and fill out the flavor for the lighter and brighter chocolate types.

In a world filled with too many terrible chocolate concentrates, this is one of the few awesome ones. It isn't a milk chocolate and its not entirely bitter baking chocolate but it can be transformed easily into whatever you need your chocolate to be. It reminds me somewhat of the chocolate in Neapolitan ice cream, perhaps a touch less sweet though. This flavor can be used much lower than the recommended, about 2%, and still supply a nice chocolate note. Buy this.
