I really had a good experience with this company all around. When Canada Post's tracking *poofed* into cyberspace they were on top of it in a couple of hours and it was all sorted.

The products are first rate and I am very impressed with the packaging. The glass bottles were carefully sealed in bubble wrap and tightly packaged for a safe journey. The flavourings were vacuum sealed which was much better than other companies because I like strong flavours and due to the packing, the flavours couldn't leak into each other.

Everyone is helpful and cheerful in chat and email.
