This is a great versatile vanilla cream, my favourite. Used low just adds body and texture, increasing adds cream flavour, further increasing adds vanilla cream and finally 6-8% you get a beautiful vanilla bean ice cream. My adv TPA (7yrs) SB 6% + TPA VBIC 8% = pink strawberry ice cream OMG
