Unique / Staple / Long steep January 3, 2025 Reviewer: Foggy Trails from Cotati, CA United States   Use in all choc recipes. Medium weight cream. I use @ 2 - 2.5%. Has unwanted lemon back note but transforms into a darker rich choc with long steep (I steep all my recipes for 5 months) ... Fifty  different recipes in 200 ml jars per batch ... old school :) Was this review helpful to you?
