It's not really sour....my girlfriend love it 3% with .5% super sweet. Me, I don't like it, taste chemical to me.....4 stars for my girlfriend 😁

This is a great flavor to add to your sour candies. Does not have much flavor on its own. But what it adds is an interesting sour note to what you are making.
