Excellent peppermint flavor. In a 50/50 base, 3% to 5% gives a rich peppermint flavor. Requires to carefully step up as too much quickly turns the mix in a too sweet, candy like, flavor. Adding 1% menthol helps to increase the cooling effect. If you like this flavor, you may want to give a try to TFA Creme de menthe too.
