But it's not magical! February 6, 2015 Reviewer: Blue Moon from Montreal, QC Canada   This additive has the effect of muting the high and low tones of your juice (think of an equalizer with which you would muffle high and low notes, to borrow an analogy). It gets the job done, but note that "flattening"  a flavor is sometimes undesirable. Still a great tool for getting rid of some harshnesses. I use it at .5 to 1 %, since its hard to predict what the result will be. Was this review helpful to you?
