This one is really great actually! I would say personally you could mix this up between 4-6% and have a damn near perfect blue raspberry candy. This one seems to perform best is simple recipes as it is quite complex on its own. I pick up hints of pear and peach as well. Stay below 7% if you want to avoid a bit of soapiness otherwise this one is awesome!
