Capella v1 still holds up to newer releases like FA custard premium. There are just some recipes and ADV I mix that I absolutely have to have Capella Custard V1 still

You can't go wrong with Cap VC v1, very velvety vanilla custard, great in a mix, good by itself with a bit of sweetener.

Package arrived packed well with no damage.  It traveled from the great North, down through California, all the way to the Middle. So that’s always a worry. I’m a huge fan of vanilla custard. I like that hint of eggy flavor you get with the Cappella vanilla custard V1.  Price is good and shipping is good. They even threw in a tiny sample bottle. I will continue to buy from them. Great job DIY!
